We understand that the B2B process and the use of our services can raise many questions and concerns. In this section, we have gathered the most frequently asked questions to help you understand how we operate and what we can offer you. The answers to these questions are intended to remove any confusion and enable you to more easily decide to work with us.
What is a work result and in what form should it be presented?
The result of the work depends on the type of activity. Some examples:
- Programmer – software code with a description of its functionality
- Copywriter – an article
- Designer – design projects
- Marketing specialist – articles, promotional strategies
Our coordinators will help to understand the issue, as it requires an individual analysis of the client’s activities. The result is archived electronically (uploaded to the crm system), as well as in our stationary archive.
Can I apply for a Blue Card by working with you, and when can I start the process?
You can apply for a Blue Card as soon as you receive a set of documents from the incubator – a three-year contract, Annex 1, a copy of the KRS. There is also an additional paid legal service – our lawyers can take care of legalization of residence on your behalf
If the result of my work is a work of authorship (6% tax contract), what will happen to the copyright?
When you sign a B2B contract with your client, a clause on the transfer of copyright to the client is written into the contract. That is, in this case, the customer is the ultimate owner of the copyright to the product, and we in this chain are only an intermediary in the transfer of the product and the rights to it. If you provide work that is not covered by the transfer of copyright to the customer, then the rights remain with the incubator.
Why are other incubators cheaper than yours?
We analyzed other incubators and took into account the wishes of potential clients. Therefore, we have a number of advantages:
- operability in dealing with current issues;
- communication with the client as a priority;
- getting rid of unnecessary bureaucracy and simplifying paperwork;
- an extensive network of partners, so we can offer more value-added services to the customer. And this facilitates the process of relocation and adaptation of our client in Poland.
How to start cooperation?
You can start cooperation by placing an online application form or by contacting a manager or coordinator (contact details are in the team section). After a detailed consultation, a staff member will send you the required package of documents, which you need to fill out, sign and send a scan to the coordinator.
What are my costs if I enter into cooperation with you?
The cost of incubator services is 500 PLN per month. The amount of PIT will depend on the type of contract under which the earnings will be paid:
- contract for work – 6% or 9.6%
- contract of mandate – about 38%
There may be fees for additional services – e.g. Medicover, MuliSport, Social Security.
What is Social Security and why is it needed?
Social Security is an institution of social insurance. We can submit to this insurance or not, it is voluntary. Voluntary contributions can be made on the basis of a contract of mandate, that is, for National Health Insurance (health insurance), pension, accident insurance, etc. This is, in particular, the possibility of receiving free medical services.
Which services are included in my monthly fee and which are not?
Services included:
- mentoring by a coordinator;
- accounting support;
- legal support;
- business account (in PLN and other currencies) and crm system;
- printing and archiving of documents;
- credit intermediation services;
Additional paid services:
- sworn translator;
- tax advisor;
- Medicover private medical insurance;
- Multisport;
- Legal assistance in obtaining a residence permit.
