in connection with the entry into force of the Law on the Protection of Whistleblowers of June 14, 2024 (hereinafter: the “Whistleblowers Law“), we inform you that the Freedom Business Area Foundation, with its headquarters in Radom (hereinafter: the “FBA“) — acting pursuant to Article 24(3)(1) of the Whistleblowers Law — intends to select representatives of persons providing work for the FBA in order to consult with them on a draft procedure for internal notifications.

Therefore, we would like to inform you that if you are part of the FBA’s workforce, including on a basis other than employment (e.g., under a civil law contract), you may apply to be selected as one of the representatives of the FBA’s workforce. Applications may be sent by e-mail to: sygnalisci@fba.ink by 20/12/2024.

At the same time, we would like to inform you that if the total number of applications does not exceed 10, then each person who submits their candidacy will be considered an elected representative of those providing work for the FBA.
