We understand that the B2B process and the use of our services can raise many questions and concerns. In this section, we have gathered the most frequently asked questions to help you understand how we operate and what we can offer you. The answers to these questions are intended to remove any confusion and enable you to more easily decide to work with us.
Yes, our incubator is an official VAT payer, so the invoice you receive from us can include your expenses and reimburse VAT if your company is registered in Poland.
For general convenience, we sign a “blanket order” at the beginning of the cooperation. Then we sign a short additional agreement for each employee. Every month we issue one invoice for the services of all employees, and you pay for everything with one bank transfer.
According to the B2B contract, these rights are transferred to the client, i.e. to you. The incubator keeps the created materials (source code, articles, videos, etc.) in an archive for 5 years, but has no right to distribute this product to third parties. This means that in this case the client is the ultimate owner of the copyright to the product, and we in this chain are only an intermediary in the transfer of the product and the rights to it.
In this case, our lawyers can check your proposed model contract, and after checking it, we can agree to sign it. Depending on the scope and complexity of the contract, additional legal fees may apply.
